PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Oversee and direct construction projects from beginning to end
-Create a positive interactive experience for our customers using email, text, phone, and in person meetings to instill confidence that BlackPine was the right choice
-Maintain a clean and presentable site at all times
-Ensure jobsite (OSHA) safety standards are being met and practiced
-Monitor and hold trades accountable for adhering to our SWPPP
-Create a positive working environment for fellow coworkers, trades, and inspectors
-Walk homes daily to set and obtain quality levels expected of BlackPine
-Maintain weekly status reports
-Approve work for completion and payment of trade partners
-Conduct weekly safety meetings
-Work with Community Sales Manager to ensure model homes are presentable
-Schedule and walk all inspections
-Monitor budgets and work to achieve them
-Provide input on scope of work updates
-Other duties as assigned
