Looking to mainly hiring for Mechanical Assemblers, Electrical assemblers, experienced Welders.
Starting wage for Mechanical and Electrical assemblers is $17/hr. Swing shift get an extra 10% of pay. Graveyard shift gets an extra 20% of pay.
Starting wage for Welders is $21/hour. Swing shift get an extra 10% of pay. Graveyard shift gets an extra 20% of pay.
The hiring procedure is a virtual weld test, interview and onboarding process. There will be an 8 year background check.
