- Ability to install bar joist/girders/steel members
- Not afraid of heights
- Certified rigging
- Field fabrication
- Plumb/Align/Rack a multistory building
- 3G and 4G E71-T8 Lincoln certifications
- Deck installation
- Lead a deck crew
- Read design plans
