Metal Stud Drywall, Hangers and Tapers

Duties and Responsibilities:

· cut studs and tracks, layout, blocks, straps CRC, clips and fasten tracks

· build/hang walls,- install trim and drywall

· Set up cut tables stations with extinguishers, face shield and pre stage area

· Set up Perry and pipe scaffolds

· Perform 90-degree cuts on track, studs, strap and angle

· Operate chop saw, shears, grinders, Sawzall, roto hammer, impact driver, compressor, dispenser and PAF as required

· Assemble box headers, H-studs and jigged components

Skills and Knowledge

· 2 to 4 years of experience

· Dexterity and attention to detail

· Organizational skills

· Ability to meet the physical demands of the job

· Availability to occasionally work overtime and on out of town projects

· High school diploma or GE

· Ability to work in all types of weather
