Management Associate

Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury home builder, seeks a Management Associate for one of our luxury home communities in Sacramento, California.

We seek Management Associates whose background clearly demonstrates an ability to be successfully involved in land acquisition/development, new community model setup, sales, purchasing, quality assurance, and production of luxury homes.

In this role, you will gradually assume Profit & Loss responsibility, participate in overseeing new home construction, managing land acquisition, the approval process, and sales and marketing operations at our communities.

Qualifications

We seek candidates with graduate degrees (preferably in relevant fields, such as Real Estate Development, Construction Management Land Development, etc.) and internship/work experience in homebuilding or construction. Candidates with Bachelor's degrees in relevant fields, as well as experience working for other national homebuilders, are also encouraged to apply.

Business acumen is required; sales experience is a plus.
