Overview
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative-Remote is to consistently execute the Company Customer Service SOP and deliver best-in-class service to Company Customers.

Physical Requirements
This position is a remote position that is performed at the CSR-Remote’s home. Inter-branch and/or offsite meetings on occasion require vehicular travel. Most of the day will be spent in a sitting position, with frequent use of computer and phone equipment. Occasional site visits to residential and/or commercial construction jobsites requiring the use of PPE should be expected.
