Job Summary: Community Sales Manager
As a Community Sales Manager for BlackPine Communities, you will be a part of a team dedicated to enhancing the communities we build . Creating homes in communities that we can all be proud of has been, and will continue to be, our mission.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct in person and virtual tours of your community to sell the value of BlackPine, the community, and homes to interested guests
- Discover the what is motivating each guest to purchase and resolve any objections they may have
- Manage the sales process through close of escrow ensuring an outstanding customer experience
- Coordinate early option sales, design center meetings and obtain required deposits from customers
- Continued follow up with guests to keep the community in the forefront of their minds
- Generate leads by networking with Realtors
- Walk model homes and production homes to ensure they show well to visiting guests
- Complete competitive market analysis and provide suggestions as to the pricing strategy
- Input all leads into CRM system
- Generate Purchase Agreements and ensure they are properly executed
- Complete weekly sales and traffic reports
- Attend bi-monthly sales meetings
- Lead pre-start and pre-drywall meetings with homebuyers
- Represent BlackPine to internal and external customers with caring excellence at all times
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- CA Real Estate License Required
- Associates Degree or 2 years related experience
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior CRM experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for up to 4 hours straight or up to a full workday. Ability to lift and or move up to 25 pounds
- Excel in communication with guests and customers
- Highly detailed with the ability to review and correct your own work as well as materials generated by others for accuracy prior to being distributed
- Self starter and self-motivated
