Job Description Summary

As a Client Coordinator working for Taylor Morrison you will manage and process through underwriting approval and into closing a pipeline of mortgage loan applications. Client Coordinators should be highly skilled in all automated underwriting systems, Desktop Originator, Loan Prospector and each investor’s automated systems. The Client Coordinator is expected to have a comprehensive knowledge of underwriting and qualifying guidelines of all FNMA & FHLMC loans. As a Client Coordinator you are expected to follow all company policies and procedures as outlined by the company. All Client Coordinators must be customer service oriented, communicating proficiently with borrowers, title agents, builders, real estate agents and co-team members especially Loan Consultants and Closers.

  • Responsible for loan submissions to underwriting

  • Ensures funds are an acceptable source of funds

About you:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two (2) year college or technical school; or six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Processing experience of conventional loans preferred
  • Preferable to be a notary public in state located
  • Must be of high integrity, technical competence and high moral character
  • Strong communications skills – written, verbal, and listening
  • Highly proficient level of computer skills in title production and closing software (e.g. SoftPro, Ramquest, ResWare) including spreadsheet, word processing, and PowerPoint

 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

 

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
