The Development Project Coordinator will support the development team by administering proposals, project contracts and change orders, invoice management, and consultant insurance, assist in assembling business plans, including deal memorandums, investment proposals, and strategic plans. Assist in meeting coordination/scheduling, documenting meeting minutes, and file organization as directed.   JOB DESCRIPTION: The Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of development for multiple large-scale multifamily projects with a focus on planning, entitlement, financial analysis and overall management of the development process from inception to stabilization. This role is for an individual with a passion for real estate development who is prepared to handle a broad array of duties - design, risk management, negotiations, strategy and research.
