The skills needed for both of these departments are similar. Candidates working in these departments will be installing the hinges, rail, and other accessory parts on the door before being wrapped and ready for shipping. They can also be working in the repair area, where they will be working to repair any scratches, dents on the doors. Candidates working in either one of those departments will be using the following tools: power tools, saws, tape measure. Candidates who have previous experience working in construction or carpentry trades are usually good fits. Number one thing that we are looking for is somebody with a good attitude and can work within a team setting. Job Description:   Associates are responsible for breaking down and assembling express freight consisting of small packages containing household consumer items, rebuilding into organized stacks on a pallet enclosed with cardboard, moving these materials around the warehouse. This warehouse at Stockton Airport is the shipping and receiving station for Amazon flights, so the materials are fairly light packages for household consumers. Will sometimes climb into large metal ULDs to remove packages, will use hand scanners, will stack boxes within larger boxes per a certain procedure.
