Job Description:
Associates are responsible for breaking down and assembling express freight consisting of small packages containing household consumer items, rebuilding into organized stacks on a pallet enclosed with cardboard, moving these materials around the warehouse.
This warehouse at Stockton Airport is the shipping and receiving station for Amazon flights, so the materials are fairly light packages for household consumers. Will sometimes climb into large metal ULDs to remove packages, will use hand scanners, will stack boxes within larger boxes per a certain procedure. There are several roles with similar roles like scanning, breakdown, buildup, loading, etc.
