New employees will start as a laborer and show us they have the drive to want to work, at that point we have a tool program to help the new up coming carpenter get the tools needed to be a carpenter. Wage rate varies on experience and production abilities, starting rate is $15 to $17 an hour as a labor and goes up from there.
